The incident happened in Hewlett Bay Park early Wednesday, Nov. 6, after the duo breaking in through a rear window, Nassau County Police said.
According to detectives, Fourth Precinct officers responded to a burglary call at a residence on Woodside Drive around 3:40 a.m.
Police said the suspects used a pry bar to enter through a rear window, then took a key fob to the Mercedes, which they removed from the garage before fleeing in an unknown direction.
Both suspects were reportedly wearing dark hooded sweatshirts and facemasks. The investigation remains ongoing.
